CALL FOR PAPERS

We invite you to participate in the Second International Workshop on Magnetic Bio-sensing to be held from October 12 to 14, 2017 at Queens Palace Hotel (二妃山庄酒店, ) , Bio-lake NO.666, East Lake New Technology Development Zone, Wuhan, China. Hotel web: http://www.efszhotel.com/index.html .

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

One page (A4 size) abstract is required. Complete information regarding the format of abstract and submission categories can be found at this conference website.

The abstract submission will open on June 1, 2017. The deadline to submit abstracts is August 1, 2017.

The abstract should be written in English with PDF format and e-mailed to Workshop Secretariat.

ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE & PRESENTATION

Abstract acceptance letter will be emailed by August 22, 2017. Contributed paper accepted for the conference will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English. The presenting author must be a registered participant.

REGISTRATION

We only accept On-site registration. Registration fee must be paid by cash (China Yuan, CNY) at the conference desk. Registration Fee includes technical sessions, coffee breaks, Abstract booklet, and Banquet.

Student Participant:  Free

STUDENT POSTER AWARD

Some posters presented by students will be selected for best poster awards.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exempt agreements with China. Please contact the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for visa requirements.

If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, contact the Conference Management (email: IWMBS@hust.edu.cn and provide complete mailing address, your fax number, email address, passport number and valid date, city and country of birth. The letter will be EMAILED and MAILED TO YOU, so request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.
